Pre-Purchase Pool Inspections

Ensure your pool is in top condition before buying. Our inspections assess functionality, equipment, and future maintenance requirements.

A pool can be a fantastic asset to a home, but underlying issues can lead to costly repairs and ongoing maintenance headaches. Our pre-purchase pool inspections assess the condition of the pool structure, filtration system, pumps, and heating elements to identify any current faults or potential issues. Ben was extremely professional and quick to coordinate a building and pest inspection with the sales agent. I recieved the report in less than 24 hours of Ben doing the inspection. He also answered all questions & queries I had and was very knowledgable about the potential risks of purchasing older properties.
