New Build Handover (PCI) Inspections

Ensure your new home meets quality standards before settlement. Our handover inspections identify defects before you receive the keys.

Even newly built homes can have construction defects, including poor workmanship or unfinished fittings. We provide a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report with high-resolution photos, allowing you to address any issues with your builder before final payment and handover.
